汽车内分型模具设计分析

【摘要】 结合某汽车后左右饰条分析了内分型模结构,斜顶块与镶件的运用解决了分型线的问题,批量生产后证明模具结构可靠,动作平稳,脱模顺畅,产品外观得到有效保证,达到了最初设计的效果。

【Abstract】 The structure of an inward parting mould for an automotive sealing strip was ana lyzed,The application of angle ejecting blocks and inserts provides an effective line for the mould parting.
