【摘要】 探讨喷气织机生产细号高密平纹织物纬向停台的主要原因。对原纱质量、梭口清晰度、引纬工艺三方面进行了分析,通过改善纬纱内在质量,解决好纬纱强力弱环;适当提高经纱上机张力,配置合适的后梁高度,控制纱线毛羽的长度和数量,提高梭口清晰度;合理配置引纬工艺,减少纬纱断头次数,最终减少了纬向停台次数,提高了织机效率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Main reasons of producing fine density plain fabric weft stop on air jet loom were discussed.Three aspects of raw yarn quality,shed definition and weft-inserting processing were analyzed.Weft inner quality was improved and weft weak points were solved well.Warp tension was increased properly,back beam height was set rational,yarn hairiness length and number were controlled well,shed definition was increased.Weft-inserting processing were set rationally to reduce weft breaking,finally weft stop number can be reduced,loom efficiency can be improved.更多还原
