基于齿轮系的辗辊式采油筛管的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis about the Roller-type Screen Pipe Based on the Gear train
【摘要】 油田用基于齿轮系的辗辊式采油筛管井下工况复杂,受力变形严重影响其工作质量。以某型采油筛管为例,运用ANSYS和COSMOSWorks软件建立了采油筛管主要零件的三维实体模型,并进行了有限元计算,获得了主要零件的变形特征及应力分布情况。结果表明,该新型采油筛管的各零件所承受的应力小于材料许用应力,其变形量也满足工作要求,为筛管结构的优化设计和推广应用提供了技术支持。
【Abstract】 As the loading conditions of the Roller-type Screen Pipe underground based on the gear train is complicated,its force-deformation affects whole Screen Pipe work quality seriously.To a certain type of oil screen Pipe,for example,the three-dimensional solid model of major part of oil screen Pipe was established by using of ANSYS and COSMOSWorks software,and the finite element calculation was carried out,obtaining its deform characteristic and stress distribution.The results show that the stress of new Roller-type Screen Pipe screens parts is less than the allowable stress of the material,its deformation is also to meet working requirements,thus provides technical support to Roller-type Screen Pipe structure optimization and practical applications.
