【摘要】 目的:评价乙肝胶囊治疗乙型肝炎肝纤维化的疗效。方法:将60例慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化患者随机分为两组:乙肝胶囊治疗组30例(A组)、苦参素胶囊治疗组30例(B组),治疗前后分别进行肝功能、肝纤维化血清学指标检测。结果:肝功能治疗前后比较,A组P<0.01,B组P<0.05;A组与B组比较P<0.05。肝纤维化血清学指标治疗前后比较,A组P<0.05,P<0.01,B组P>0.05;A组与B组比较,P>0.05。结论:乙肝胶囊有一定的抗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:Evaluation of hepatitis b capsule for hepatitis b liver fibrosis curative effect.Methods:60 cases of fibrosis in chronic hepatitis b were randomly divided into two groups:hepatitis b capsule with treatment group as 30 cases(group A),capsule oxymatrine with treament group as 30 cases(group B).Liver function and liver fibrosis serological were tested respectively before treatment and therapy.Results:Liver function was compared before treatment and therapy,goup A P<0.05,P<0.01,group B P>0.05;Compared group A and group B,P>0.05.Conclusion:Hepatitis b capsule has the certain resistance to chronic hepatitis b liver fibrosis role.更多还原
