【摘要】 目的探讨实时超声造影在肝脏恶性肿瘤射频治疗疗效评估的临床应用价值。方法对149例肝脏恶性肿瘤患者(168个病灶)在射频消融治疗后进行Sonovue实时超声造影检查,并与增强CT检查比较。结果 168个病灶中实时超声造影检查显示37个病灶有残留,增强CT检查显示39个病灶有残留。结论超声造影是评价肝恶性肿瘤射频消融治疗疗效的一种可靠方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of contrast enhanced ultrasonography(CEUS)in the evaluating therapeutic response of hepatic malignancies treated with radiofrequency ablation(RFA).Methods 149 cases of hepatic malignancies patients(168 lesions)underwent CEUS after RFA treatment,and CEUS results were compared with the results of enhanced CT.Results Among 168 lesions,CEUS showed residual lesions in 37,CT scan examination in 39.Conclusion CEUS is a useful method to assess the therapeutic effect of RFA.更多还原
