【Abstract】 The Kampuchean Problem was the key for ASEAN as a diplomatic community in the international community,showing the joint efforts of the ASEAN and its member states for regional affairs.Singapore was particularly active,it played a positive role in the coordination of intra-ASEAN differences,promoting joint anti-Vietnam forces of Kampuchea,promoting the problem becoming international event.The Kampuchean Problem gave an opportunity for Singapore to participate in regional affairs,to change its regional image and strengthen its confidence in regional cooperation.So the Kampuchean Problem is an important turning point for Singapore’s regional diplomacy.更多还原
