【摘要】 采用数据包络分析(DEA)方法的C2R模型,以每个年度为决策单元(DMU)对西宁市2000～2008年城市土地利用配置有效性进行了有效性评价和分析。计算结果表明:2000～2008年年间西宁市城市土地利用效率整体较高;2003～2008年均表现城市土地利用配置有效,2000～2002年均表现为规模收益递增。以此为依据对西宁提高城市土地利用效率提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper applies the modal of C2R which belongs to the method of data envelopment analysis(DEA) to evaluating and analysing the effectiveness of urban land use allocation in Xi’ning City during 2000 to 2008 with each year as decision-making unit(DMU).The results show that:during 2000 to 2008,the efficiency of urban land use in Xi’ning City is overall higher;during 2003 to 2006,land use allocation shows effective,and it shows the increasing return to scale per year during 2000 to 2002.Meanwhile,the paper gives some suggestions for Xi’ning City to improve the efficiency of land use.更多还原
