高职学生顶岗实习过程管理关键节点分析
The control point of higher vocational students post internship process management
【摘要】 顶岗实习是提升学生专业技能的有效途经。文章以过程管理理论为基础,从前期预备、中期控制、后期评价这三个关键管理节点,详细分析了学生顶岗实习的管理内容与措施,构建了有效的高职学生顶岗实习过程管理体系。
【Abstract】 The post internships projects can provide chances for students to upgrade their performing ability in a highly effective way.This article focuses on the three major links: feed forward,the scene and feedback.It elaborates how to take control of the professional internship system profoundly.
