【摘要】 目的研究个性化护理干预方法对宫颈癌患者后装腔内治疗焦虑恐惧程度、疼痛、阴道出血、放射性直肠炎的影响。方法将106例初治Ⅲ期以上宫颈癌患者在我科行后装腔内治疗,随机分为实验组56例和对照组50例。实验组按照实验方案执行干预措施,在后装腔内治疗前、中、后依据患者心理、行为、疾病分期、个性特点进行个性化护理干预。对照组在后装腔内治疗前、中、后进行一般健康宣教,介绍宫颈癌放疗及后装腔内治疗医疗护理常识及保健知识。比较两组焦虑恐惧程度、疼痛、阴道出血、放射性直肠炎的发生情况。结果实验组焦虑恐惧、疼痛程度、阴道出血、放射性直肠炎发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论个性化护理干预措施可减轻后装腔内治疗患者焦虑恐惧,控制疼痛,减少阴道出血、放射性直肠炎的发生率,增加患者舒适感。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of personal nurse intervention on the anxiety,pain,vaginal bleeding and radiation proctitis of patients with cervical cancer intracavitary after loading therapy. Method 106 patients with cervical cancer of stage III and stage IV were divided randomly into two groups.The patients in experimental group were treated with personal nurse intervention according to the psychology,behavior,disease and character of the patients at the time before treatment,treatment process and after treatment.Then compared the anxiety,pain,vaginal bleeding and radiation proctitis of the patients in two groups. Results The degree of anxiety,pain,vaginal bleeding and radiation proctitis of patients in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Personal nurse intervention could relieve the anxiety,control the pain,and reduce the rate of vaginal bleeding and radiation proctitis of the patients with cervical cancer intracavitary afterloading therapy,making the patients more comfortable.更多还原
