植物缩合单宁分析的研究进展(英文)

【摘要】 本文首先重点介绍了缩合单宁复杂的化学结构,其次介绍了缩合单宁的分析方法。主要有蛋白质结合法、盐酸-正丁醇法、香草醛法、普鲁士兰法、Folin-Ciocalteu法及色谱分析法。

【Abstract】 In this review,we first focused on the complexity of the structures of condensed tannins.Then we paid more attention to the analytical methods which were used to evaluate tannins.The methods included protein precipitation,acid butanol assay,vanillin assay,Prussian blue assay,Folin-Ciocalteu assay and chromatographic analysis.
