【摘要】 目的观察复方苦参注射液联合短棒状杆菌(CP)局部治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液的疗效。方法治疗组胸腔内注入复方苦参注射液30 ml+CP 4 ml+0.9%NS 20 ml+2%利多卡因10 ml,对照组注入CP 4 ml+0.9%NS 20 ml+2%利多卡因注10 ml,1次/周×4周后评价疗效、不良反应和PS评分变化。结果胸水控制有效率、PS评分改善率治疗组(88.9%、93.3%)高于对照组(64.4%、62.2%),胸痛和恶心、呕吐发生率治疗组(33.3%、4.4%)低于对照组(60.0%、22.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方苦参注射液联合CP局部治疗肺癌恶性胸腔积液疗效好,不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the curative effect of compound Kushen injection and Corynebacterium Parvum(CP) as a local therapy for patients with advanced lung cancer associated with malignant pleural effusion.Methods The treat group patients were injected compound Kushen injection 30 ml+CP 4 ml+normal sodium 20 ml+2% lidocaine injection 10 ml into thoracic cavity,the control group patients were injected CP 4 ml+normal sodium 20 ml+2% lidocaine injection 10 ml,once a week for 4 weeks,4 weeks later,evaluate the curative effect,adverse effect and PS scores.Results The effective rate of controlling pleural effusion and PS scores improvement rate of the treat group(88.9%、93.3%) was higher than the control group(64.4%、62.2%);the chest pain,the nausea and vomiting incidence rate of the treat group(33.3%、4.4%) was lower than the control group(60.0%、22.2%),P<0.05.Conclusion The local therapy with compound Kushen injection and CP for patients with advanced lung cancer associated with malignant pleural effusion has good curative effect and fewer adverse effect.更多还原
