【摘要】 目的探讨院内外一体化急救绿色通道在急性心肌梗死转运急诊介入治疗中的价值。方法 2010年3月至2011年3月我院实施院内外一体化急救绿色通道以来"120"出车接诊的急性心肌梗死行急诊冠状动脉介入治疗的患者38例,选择同期由院外至我院患者40例采取急诊-病房-导管室模式,即患者经急诊进入病房,由病房心血管专业医生依据患者的临床症状及心电图检查确诊急性ST段抬高性心肌梗死后,联系导管室及介入组成员行急诊PCI术作为对照组。结果一体化组明显缩短再灌注时间,减少住院天数,降低住院费用,减少近期病死率及心力衰竭发生率。结论院内外一体化急救绿色通道的实施可以节省心肌梗死患者在诊断、转运、治疗过程中的时间,增加转运过程的安全系数,使心肌梗死患者得到及时救治。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of integration inside and outside hospital emergency green channel transport in acute myocardial infarction of emergency percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods From March 2010 to March 2011,integration inside and outside our hospital in the green channel acute myocardial infarction underwent emergency PCI,38 patients were observed for their conditions of diagnosis and treatment,and at the same period,40 patients outside hospital were taken to our emergency hospital-ward-catheter laboratory model as control group.Results The group of integrated green channel significantly shortened the reflow time,reduced the number of days in hospital,hospitalization expenses,decreased mortality and heart failure incidence.Conclusion Integration inside and outside hospital emergency implementation of the green channel can save the time in the diagnosis of myocardial infarction,transport,treatment course,increase the safety factor during the transfer process,so that patients receive timely treatment of myocardial infarction.更多还原
