【摘要】 目的探讨窒息新生儿脐血、血清ghrelin及肌钙蛋白(cTnT)水平的动态变化。方法选择轻度、重度窒息新生儿各40例为观察组,检测脐血、急性期(1~3 d)及恢复期(7~10d)血清ghrelin和cTnT水平;选择同期住院无窒息史的健康新生儿40例为对照组,检测脐血ghrelin和cTnT水平。结果窒息组新生儿脐血及急性期、恢复期ghrelin水平分别为(72.35±15.56)ng/ml、(22.12±8.75)ng/ml、(33.22±12.22)ng/ml,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组新生儿的脐血ghrelin水平明显高于窒息组的脐血水平。窒息新生儿脐血、急性期、恢复期的cTnT水平分别为(117.61±75.45)ng/L、(195.52±129.61)ng/L、(78.04±51.48)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组新生儿的脐血cTnT水平低于窒息组的脐血水平。窒息新生儿的血清ghrelin水平与cTnT水平间呈负相关(r=–0.35,P<0.01)。结论 Ghrelin、cTnT水平与窒息的发生、发展有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore relationships between serum ghrelin and cardiac troponin(cTnT) in neonates with asphyxia.Methods Forty neonates with mild asphyxia and 40 neonates with severe asphyxia were selected as study group and 40 neonates without asphyxia were selected as control group.The levels of serum ghrelin and cTnT in cord blood,during the acute phase(1-3 day) and the recovery phase(7-10 day) were detected.Results The ghrelin levels of asphyxia group were(72.35±15.56) ng/ml,(22.12±8.75) ng/ml and(33.22±12.22) ng/ml in cord blood,during the acute phase and recovery phase respectively(P<0.05).In control group,the ghrelin level in cord blood was significantly higher than that of asphyxia group.The cTnT levels of asphyxia neonates were(117.61±75.45) ng/L,(195.52±129.61) ng/L and(78.04±51.48) ng/L in cord blood,during the acute phase and recovery phase significantly(P<0.05).The cTnT level of cord blood in control group was lower than that of asphyxia group.The negative correlation between ghrelin and cTnT in neonates with asphyxia was indicated(r=–0.35,P<0.01).Conclusions The levels of ghrelin and cTnT reflect the occurrence and development of asphyxia.更多还原
