【摘要】 论述了板坯连铸机结晶器专家CMES系统和应用,CMES系统包括漏钢预报系统、热相图等系统,并采用多种策略对粘结性漏钢进行预报,从而提高报出率和降低误报率。

【Abstract】 The applications of slab caster CERI mould expert system(CMES) was introduced,which includes the breakout prediction system,mould thermal mapping system and other systems;A variety of strategies was used to predict the mould breakout,improve the prediction rate and decrease the false alarm rate.
