粉末冶金压坯裂纹成因与防治

【摘要】 作为粉末冶金的一项重要技术手段,冷等静压技术正以其突出的优越性,在许多领域取代了常规的成型技术。针对金属粉体冷等静压成形坯体在某些情况下较易产生裂纹这一现象,从粉体特性、包套材料、装料与压实、保压、卸压、脱模等涉及整个冷等静压压制过程的各个步骤,分析了产生裂纹的各种可能原因及其相应的防治措施。

【Abstract】 As important technology of powder metallurgy,provided with outstanding superiority cold isostatic pressing replaces normal compacting techniques in many fields.Aiming at under certain conditions cracks occurring during cold isostatic pressing,from the aspect of each step of the whole cold isostatic pressing,such as powder characteristics,moulding material,filling and compacting,pressure maintaining,pressure releasing,demoulding and etc.From every step of the whole compacting process for cold isostatic pressing to metal powder which include: the features of powder,materials of mould,filling and compaction,pressure maintaining,pressure release,demoulding and so on,this article analyzes each possible cause of cracks and the corresponding prevention measurement.
