【Abstract】 The effect of polygonal ferrite on percent shear fracture appearance SA% in DWTT of X70 pipeline steel has been analyzed and studied by mean of optical microscopy and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that approx.15% fine polygonal ferrite in X70 pipeline steel leads to high plastic deformation on crack tips,reduces the stress concentration of crack tips and prevents crack propagation,thereby increases the percent shear fracture appearance.更多还原
