【Abstract】 The paper introduces some experience and academic reports of Institute of Scientific and Technological Information of China,and carries out statistical analyses on the effect of subject construction and environment of scientific research.The result proves that the quality of scientific and technology ability is not only improving,but also promoting international exchange.The paper also puts forward some suggestions about how to cultivate well-know sign,establish norms of academic report management and strengthen the theoretical study of academic reports.更多还原
