【摘要】 高校和上级管理部门对科研团队的重要性有一致的认识。很多高校特别是研究型大学,将科研团队建设视为科研管理工作的重要组成部分。但经过了十几年探索和实践,高校科研团队建设状况并不令人满意。从科研团队的内涵出发,依据科研团队的组建目的和成员构成对科研团队进行分类,分析了根据不同类型科研团队选择不同的管理方式的可行性,为高校科研团队建设的探索提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Universities and their superior management departments have common understanding about the importance of scientific research teams.Construction of scientific research team is seen as an important part of management by many universities.After more than ten years’ explorations and practices,the situation of constructing scientific research teams in universities is still unsatisfied.From the intrinsic meaning of scientific research team,the scientific research teams are classified according to types,members and purposes.The management methods for different types of scientific research teams are analyzed to provide a reference for constructing scientific research teams in universities.更多还原
