【摘要】 目的对97例颧骨复合体骨折病例进行临床回顾性分析,选择合理的治疗方案。方法选择2005年～2010年间颧骨复合体骨折的患者97例,对其治疗方法及治疗效果进行回顾性临床分析。结果交通事故是导致颧骨复合体骨折的主要原因;B型骨折最为多见(60.8%);坚强内固定是首选方案。术后3个月回访,均取得了良好的效果。结论颧骨复合体骨折主要根据骨折类型以及面部畸形情况等决定手术方法。微型钛板坚强内固定技术效果确切,是治疗颧骨复合体骨折的良好方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the approaches of treatment of zygomatic complex fractures.Methods 97 patients with zygomatic complex fractures were treated by rigid internal fixation and were observed after 3 months review.Results The main reason of zygomatic complex fractures was traffic accident.The results of treatment was good after 3 months review.Conclusions The technology of rigid internal fixation was useful for zygomatic complex fractures.更多还原
