【摘要】 目的采用反相高效液相色谱法对蒙药漏芦花中的绿原酸含量进行测定。方法流动相为乙腈/0.4%磷酸(11:89);检测波长327nm;流速1mL/min;柱温28℃。结果绿原酸在1.417~15.26 g/mL范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.93%,RSD=1.17%。结论该方法精密度、重复性、稳定性良好。可为蒙药漏芦花药材质量检控与评价提供实验依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To set up determination method of chlorogenic acid from Rhaponticum uniflorum(L.) DC.by HPLC.Methods HPLC was carried out under the following conditions: mobile phase acetonitrile-0.4% H3PO4(11:89),detection wavelength 360 nm,flow rate 1.0 mL?min-1,and column temperature 28℃.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was from 1.417 μg/mL to 15.26 μg/mL(r=0.999 8),and the average recovery was 100.93%(RSD=1.17%).Conclusion The method was precise,reproducible and stable,which could be used for the quality control and evaluation of Rhaponticum uniflorum(L.)
