【摘要】 目的研究阿尔泰柴胡的三萜皂苷类化学成分。方法应用色谱技术分离纯化,根据化合物理化性质和波谱数据鉴定其结构。结果分离并鉴定了5个化合物,分别是柴胡皂苷a(saikosaponin a)、柴胡皂苷d(saikosaponin d)、柴胡皂苷c(saikosaponin c)、柴胡皂苷f(saikosaponin f)、柴胡皂苷b3(saikosaponinb3)。结论以上5种化合物均为首次从阿尔泰柴胡中分离得到。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the triterpenoid saponins constituents in Altai Chaihu(Altai Radix Bupleuri).Methods Altai Chaihu was isolated and purified by using chromatography technology and its structure was identified according to its physicochemical property and wave spectrum data.Results There were 5 compounds isolated and identified,including saikosaponin a,saikosaponin d,saikosaponin c,saikosaponin f and saikosaponin b3.Conclusion These five compounds are all isolated from Altai Chaihu for the first time.更多还原
