高等医学院校英语教师职后教育模式探索
The Exploration on the Model of English Teacher Education after Their Beginning to Work in the Medical University
【摘要】 陕西中医学院英语系通过对教师与学生进行需求分析确立教师职后教育目标,再根据具体教育目标选用各种不同策略进行教师职后教育,取得了初步成效。
【Abstract】 In the Department of English of Shaanxi University of Chinese Medicine,post-employment education is established by demand analysis on teachers and students,and different strategies are chosen to conduct post-employment education,according to specific educational goals,which achieves initial results.
