【Abstract】 With the Wide implementation of the Undergraduate Tutorial,the university teachers serving as tutor undergraduates have new professional responsibility.Starting from the special nature of the profession of tutors,this article assumes that tutor undergraduates bear a responsibility which has the core of academic and moral,as well as the content of knowledge dissemination,capacity building and spirit shaping.In the end,this article sets up a protection mechanism to fulfill the responsibility better.更多还原
