车辆道路行驶载荷测量方法研究
STUDY ON METHOD FOR MEASURING VEHICLE ROAD LOAD SIGNALS
【摘要】 对一种微型汽车的车轮道路载荷信号测量和分析方法进行研究。根据有限元分析结果确定车辆前悬架零件上粘贴应变计的位置。搭建静态标定试验台,向车轮施加已知的垂直力FV、侧向力FL、制动力FB和纵向力FX,同时测量各个应变信号,从而确定力与应变之间的关系矩阵。在海南汽车试验场进行道路试验和动态应变测量。应用测量的动态应变信号和关系矩阵计算前轮在紧急制动工况和耐久性试验道路行驶工况中的道路载荷信号。对上述道路载荷信号进行的分析表明,它们是合理的。
【Abstract】 The method for measuring and analyzing the wheel road load signals of a mini van has been studied.The locations for sticking strain gauges on the front suspension components are determined according to the finite element analysis results.The static calibration test rig is constructed,on which the vertical force FV,lateral force FL,brake force FB and longitudinal force FX are applied to the vehicle wheel and the signals of the strain gauges are measured.And the force-strain relation matrix is determined by use of the static calibration test results.The vehicle running tests were done and the dynamic strain signals were measured on the Hainan proving ground.And the road load signals in the emergency brake test and the running on the durability test tracks are determined by use of the dynamic strain signals measured and the force-strain relation matrix.The road load signals are analyzed,which indicates that they are reasonable.The research work introduced provides a practical method for determining the vehicle road load signals.
