热处理对Stellite12堆焊层-2507双相不锈钢基体组织和硬度的影响
Influence of heat treatment on microstructure and hardness of Stellite 12 bead welded coverage on 2507 DSS substrate
【摘要】 采用等离子堆焊技术在SAF2507双相不锈钢(DSS)表面堆焊Stellite 12 Co基合金熔覆层。通过光学显微镜、扫描电镜和维氏硬度计研究了不同热处理方式对Stellite 12堆焊层-2507 DSS基体体系微观组织和硬度的影响。结果表明,在2507双相钢表面堆焊Stellite 12 Co基合金,热影响区(HAZ)有大量氮化物析出。经1100℃保温1 h水冷,堆焊层热影响区氮化物溶解消失。经空冷和炉冷后,堆焊层热影响区有σ相析出。堆焊层热处理后显微组织变细,且硬度有小幅度增加。
【Abstract】 Stellite 12 Co-based alloy powder was deposited on the surface of SAF 2507 super duplex stainless steel by plasma bead welding.Effect of different heat treatments on microstructure and hardness of Stellite 12 coating on SAF2507 substrate were investigated by optical metallographic microscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and Vickers hardness tester.The results show that nitrides precipitates were observed in the as-welded HAZ.It is found that nitrides precipitates disappear after 1100 ℃×1 h heating and water cooling,while the σ phase precipitates in HAZ after air and furnace cooling.Under the Stellite 12 Co-based hardfacing,the microstructure of the coverage refines and the hardness increases by a small margin after different heat treatments.
