热处理工艺对X80管件焊缝低温冲击性能的影响
Effect of heat treatment on low temperature impact toughness of X80 fittings welding seam
【摘要】 研究不同热处理工艺对X80厚壁试板焊缝冲击性能的影响。结果表明,正火处理可以消除焊缝组织遗传性,细化晶粒尺寸,使得M/A组元细化,弥散分布在板条状贝氏体上,从而提高焊缝壁厚中心的低温冲击性能。
【Abstract】 The effect of different heat treatments on low temperature impact toughness of the thick wall X80 welding seam was studied.The results show that the structural inheritance of welding is climinated by normalizing treatment,and the grain size is reduced,the M/A is refined and uniformly distributed in lath-shaped bainite.Therefore the low temperature impact toughness of wall thickness center of welding is improved.
