水稻对灰飞虱传播的两种病毒病抗性的研究进展

【摘要】 水稻条纹叶枯病和水稻黑条矮缩病是由灰飞虱传播的两种恶性病毒病,严重危害江苏地区的水稻生产。利用品种的抗病性被认为是病害综合防治最经济环保的策略。该文从抗性鉴定方法,抗性资源的筛选和挖掘,抗性遗传规律及抗病基因定位,抗性品种选育与抗性转基因工程4个方面,针对水稻品种对这两种病毒病抗性的研究进行了综述,同时对水稻抗性研究的存在问题与今后研究方向进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 Rice stripe virus(RSV) and rice black-streaked dwarf virus(RBSDV),both transmitted by the small brown planthopper(Laodelphax striatellus Fallén),have serious negative effects on rice production in Eastern China.Developing resistant variety is considered to be the most economically and environmentally effective control strategy.In this paper,research progress in the methodology for resistance identification,screening and searching for resistant rice resources,inheritance of resistance and mapping of resistant gene,resistance breeding and transgenic engineering were reviewed and discussed.The existing problems in rice resistance researches were pointed out,and the solution were suggested.
