【摘要】 为实现熟肉制品从"原料到流通"的质量安全追溯,以熟肉制品为研究对象,采用二维信息编码、多平台溯源、B/S与C/S混合架构等技术,结合熟肉制品加工生产的特点,开发了熟肉制品通用管理框架,建立了多层次、多角色的质量安全可追溯系统。该系统功能包括基础信息管理、生产管理、指标管理和溯源管理,不仅面向企业实现了原料、生产过程、质检、运输及销售等环节的质量安全信息管理,并以电话、网络、短信、移动溯源终端等多种方式向消费者、监管部门提供服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 To track the quality safety information of cooked meat products from "material to circulation",the cooked meat products quality safety traceability system,a multi-level and multi-role one,was designed and implemented with two-dimensional information encoding,multi-platform tracing,B/S and C/S hybrid architecture technology.Combined with the characteristics of cooked meat products processing,a general management framework was developed.The function of the system includes basic information management,production management,index management and tracing management.The system not only provides the management in material,processing,inspection,circulation and consumption of cooked meat products for enterprises,but also provides tracing service for customers and supervisors by telephone,internet,SMS and mobile traceability terminal.更多还原
