【Abstract】 In recent years there are a variety of reasons that make some students lack the motivation to study.This makes the number of fail students increasing,and it is becoming a common problem for a large number of colleges and universities.In this paper the author analyzezes the forming reason from the students’ psychological,social environment and other aspects.And it is discussed the training pattern of the failure students in engineering colleges.This would improve the state of talent training in colleges of engineering and provide high-quality talent to the society.更多还原
