草坪联合修剪机的修剪机构设计与研究

【摘要】 随着社会的发展,保护环境成为现代社会发展的主题。草坪对改善环境、美化生活等重要作用,已经被人类所熟知。在草坪管理的过程中,修剪至关重要。设计从草茎物理机械性质和切割的关系入手,选择了圆盘式切割器,对其进行割刀运动及相关参数分析,完成了修剪机构中刀具的结构设计,传动部件的设计、运用PRO/E软件进行实体建模、组件装配和运动仿真,以获得更合理的结构。

【Abstract】 With the development of the society, protecting the environment has become the theme of the developing modern society. Lawn is familiar known to human beings because of its important functions in improving the environment and beautifying our lives. Lawn is a symbol of modern civilization. Trimming plays a very important role in the lawn management. This design stems from the relationship between physical mechanical character and incision of the grass, and chooses the disk-blade cutter to make cutter movement and relevant parameters analysis. This design finishes the design tool of the trimming construction. The drive disk assembly applies PRO/E software for solid modeling, component assembly and motion simulation, to obtain more reasonable construction.
