电镀铱过程各因素对镀铱层表面的影响
Effect of Some Factors in Iridium Plating on Electroplated Coating Surface
【摘要】 介绍了铱电镀的用途、铱镀液的组成,以及在铱电镀过程中电流密度、温度和添加剂等对电镀效果的影响,特别是对电镀层表面的影响,并得出最好的电镀条件。
【Abstract】 The use of iridium electroplating are introduced.The constitute of the plating solution,the effect of current density,temperature and additive on the electroplated surface are reviewed.The best electroplating condition are given.
