大模块非调质预硬型塑料模具钢的淬透性
Hardenability of non-quenched pre-hardened steel for large section plastic mould
【摘要】 通过成分优化设计,提高实验钢空冷及风冷时的淬透性能,并以ANSYS数值模拟计算出的厚度为500~1000 mm不等的大模块非调质生产时的冷却速度范围为验证条件,验证实验钢的空冷及风冷贝氏体淬透性。结果表明:实验用贝氏体非调质预硬型塑料模具钢达到所需的淬透性能要求,在0.01~0.1℃/s冷速范围内,即大于1000 mm厚度模块模拟冷速范围,依然获得组织均匀的贝氏体,且硬度范围在393~434 HV之间,满足硬度波动在±2 HRC以内的硬度均匀性条件,可应用于厚度在800~1000 mm大模块预硬型塑料模具钢的非调质试生产中。
【Abstract】 This study aimed to improve the hardenability of non-quenched and tempered prehardened steel for large section plastic mould during natural convection and forced air cooling by chemical composition optimization.Commercial finite element software ANSYS was used to simulate the cooling rate ranges of the samples with thickness ranging from 500 to 1000 mm.The bainite hardenability of the test steel was evaluated according to simulated cooling rates.The results show that a homogeneous bainite microstructure is obtained with cooling rates between 0.01 and 0.1 ℃/s,which are identified by simulation of sample with thickness of 1000 mm.The hardness range of the steel is 393-434 HV and met the hardness uniformity requirement of ±2 HRC.The test steel can be used in trial productions of non-quenched and tempered prehardened steel for large section plastic mould with thickness ranging from 800 to 1000 mm.
