【摘要】 我国现有社会的发展、本科学生现代的特点,辅导员与本科生师生比的扩大,现有教学方式的单调死板,使得本科生导师制在我国的推行成为现实的需要。由于学生自身专业的特点,导师制要及早进行,其实施内容要在不同阶段有所侧重,实施方式要灵活掌握。为使导师制落到实处,还要注意导师的选拔与导师制的考核。更多还原

【Abstract】 The characteristics of our country’s social development,modern college students,the expansion of counselors and students’ teacherstudent ratio,the existing rigid teaching way monotonous,the tutorial system for undergraduates in our country become the needs of reality.As the professional characteristics of students,the tutorial system should be performed early,its content should be focus at different stages,implementation plan is flexible.In order to make the tutor system into practice,we must pay attention to the selection and the tutor assessment.更多还原
