注塑机伺服电动控制系统的研究与设计

【摘要】 针对目前液压式注塑机控制系统存在的问题,提出一种全电动注塑机伺服电动控制系统.采用嵌入式工业控制计算机作为主控单元,在射出、计量、锁模及顶出等四个单元采用伺服电机和计算机串级控制方式.通过实际应用证明,改造后的系统不仅控制准确,使产品质量有了很大提高,并且达到了节能降耗的目的.

【Abstract】 An automatic injection mould machine with servo electric control system was introduced to deal with the existing problem of the control system of hydraulic injection mould machine.With the industrial control computer,an embedded industrial control computer was used as Main Processing Unit,and other four units,ejection,measurement,mode-locked and ejector,were controlled by servo motor computer,with the combination of the control structure of cascade system.With the transformation instruction of AC servo,the control was accurate,the quality of products were improved,the energy was saved and consumption was slowed down.
