【摘要】 目的:探讨单节段颈椎前路减压植骨、锁定型钛板内固定术后远期并发症。方法:回顾分析获得长期随访的颈椎前路减压植骨、锁定型钛板内固定手术的177例患者术后并发症的发生情况。结果:平均随访时间8年7个月(6.1～14.1年),177例中邻近节段退变51例,假关节形成9例,5例因咽部不适,吞咽时有哽噎感或者因松动断裂,取出内固定。结论:经多因素回归分析,手术远期并发症的发生与内固定材料、术后时间长短密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss long-term complications after operation that single segment cervical anterior decompression,bone fusion and Lock titanium plate fixation.MethodRetrospectively analyze the complications of 177 patients after operation who had single segment cervical anterior decompression,bone fusion and Lock titanium plate fixation between January 1998 and January 2006.ResultsThe average follow-up period was 8 years,7 months.For all 177 cases,51 cases occured adjacent segment degeneration,9 cases occured false joint,5 cases were taken out internal fixation.ConclusionLong-term complications are closely related to internal fixation materials and the length of Postoperative time.更多还原
