【摘要】 运用文献资料法和逻辑分析法,立足于我国法律实践和相关法律规定,根据我国公共体育设施存在形式,分析我国公共体育设施致人损害纠纷的现状,探讨我国公共体育设施致人伤害纠纷的解决机制和法律适用问题。研究结论表明:我国公共体育设施致人伤害纠纷解决应该确立公私法二元调整的责任承担方式。希望对我国公共体育设施致人损害问题解决提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Using literature and logical analysis,based on Chinese legal practice,the relevant legal provisions and the existing forms of public sports facilities,this article analyzed the status of dispute personal injury caused by the public sports facilities,explored the disputes settlement mechanism and legal application of injury caused by public sports facilities,and concluded: the settlement of dispute personal injury caused by the public sports facilities should establish the dual adjustments responsibility means of public and private law.We hope that this article can provide the reference for solution of personal injury problem caused by Chinese public sports facilities.更多还原
