【摘要】 高校教师继续教育是其专业发展的重要途径。中国的高校教师继续教育近几年取得了显著成效,但从教师自身、继续教育的形式和内容、社会环境、制度体制等方面还存在制约高校教师继续教育的因素。为了改进高校教师继续教育,应着重做好:(1)树立正确的观念,提高对高校教师继续教育的认识;(2)丰富继续教育内容,采用多样化的继续教育形式;(3)完善高校教师继续教育体系,重视高校教师继续教育立法;(4)健全高校教师继续教育考核评价机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Further education for university teachers is an important way for their development.The last few years have witnessed remarkable achievements for university teachers’ further education.Nevertheless,there still exists some factors influencing such education in terms of teachers themselves,the forms and the content of further education,the social environment,the institution,and so on.In order to improve the education,the following things should be highlighted.(1)Holding a right concept to improve the awareness of university teachers’ further education.(2)Adopting various forms of the education to enrich its content.(3)Perfecting the system of the education and paying more attention to its legislation.(4)Perfecting the test and evaluation mechanism of the further education.更多还原
