【Abstract】 Entrepreneur strategic leadership is one of the important factors in development of enterprises.Capacity needs some effective mechanisms to better play.Entrepreneur’s strategic leadership should play better through strategic decision-making mechanism.Establishing the theory model and hypothesis through a literature review and through empirical study found: entrepreneur strategic leadership have significantly positive effect on strategic decision-making mechanisms;strategy planning and strategy implementation capability has the most significant effect on strategic decision-making mechanism.更多还原
