【摘要】 以徐州市为例,运用基于GIS的网络分析法,以构建的4个指标为判别依据,分析城市避震疏散场所的可达性与公平性。结果表明:徐州市避震疏散场所的整体可达性较好,组团间的可达性差异不明显,各分区可达性的空间分异较大;避震疏散场所的分布与人口密度的分布结合较好,空间分布相对公平,但各组团提供服务的公平性程度较不均衡,且有较多分区存在人口配置缺口。研究结果有助于准确把握徐州市避震疏散场所的空间分布与服务状况,为徐州市避震疏散场所的空间布局优化提供参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Taking four indices as measurement,the accessibility and equity of seismic shelters for evacuation in Xuzhou has been analyzed in this paper based on network analysis of GIS.The results show that the overall accessibility of seismic shelters for evacuation in Xuzhou is fine,the disparities of accessibility are not evident between groups,and the spatial differences of accessibility are more larger in all districts.Distribution of seismic shelters for evacuation in accordance with population density is relative equity,but fairness level of providing service in all groups are uneven and more districts have population gaps.On the whole,the results help us accurately grasp the spatial distribution and service status and provide some references for optimizing spatial layout of seismic shelters for evacuation in Xuzhou.更多还原
