【摘要】 目的:总结分析严重创伤的急救与护理经验和体会。方法:对我院2009年以来诊治的178例严重创伤患者的急救与护理经验进行总结分析。结果:178例严重创伤患者经抢救脱险156例,抢救成功率为87.6%,死亡22例,死亡原因为严重多发伤失血性休克及多脏器功能障碍。结论:护理是严重创伤急救中的重要环节,急诊护士应具有高度责任心,不断加强理论学习和熟练掌握抢救及护理技术,加强生命体征的监测和护理,提高对多发性创伤的整体护理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:summery analysis the experience of emergency nursing for patients with sever trauma.Method: summery analysis the experience of emergency nursing for patients with sever trauma from 178 cases in our hospital since 2009.Conclusion: 156 cases escaped danger from rescuing,the survival rate is 87.6%;22cases die,and the death reason can conclude to the sever multiple hemorrhage and multiple organic dysfunction.Conclusion: nursing is the key point during the activity of rescuing sever trauma.Emergency nurses should have a high sense of responsibility,successively enhancement study and proficiency in rescuing and nursing,strength the detection of vital signs and nursing,improve the standard to deal the multiple trauma.更多还原
