【摘要】 目的探讨不同回血方法对血液透析患者透析管路残余血量的影响。方法按随机数字表法将2011年2月至2012年1月在金华市中医院接受规律性血液透析的48例患者分为观察组和对照组各24例,透析治疗结束后,对照组采取透析器揉搓法回血,观察组患者采取管路、动脉壶捻转结合透析器揉搓法回血,比较两组患者透析管路中的残余血量。结果对照组患者单纯使用透析器揉搓法回血,在透析管路中肉眼可见少量残血,残余血量为(2.583±0.394)ml;观察组患者采取透析管路、动脉壶捻转结合透析器揉搓法回血,肉眼观察管壁无黏附血液,管路透明,残余血量为(1.752±0.239)ml,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=3.457,P<0.05)。结论采取透析管路、动脉壶捻转结合透析器揉搓法进行回血操作,可最大限度地减少血液流失,且操作方便,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To verify the effect of different types of blood backflow on the residual blood volume in dialysis tubing.Methods From February 2011 to January 2012,48 patients undergoing hemodialysis were randomly divided into 2 groups:observational group(n=24) and control group(n=24).After hemodialysis,dialyzer rubbing for blood backflows was undertaken in the control group,while pipeline and artery pot twisting combined dialyzer rubbing for blood backflow were used in the observational group.A comparison was conducted on the residual blood volume in dialysis tubing between the two groups.Results A small amount of residual blood [(2.583±0.394)ml]was visible in the dialysis tubing in the control group.However,no residual blood[(1.752±0.239)ml] was visible in the transparent dialysis tubing in the observational group.There were significant differences between the two groups(t=3.457,P<0.05).Conclusion Pipeline and artery pot twisting combined dialyzer rubbing for blood bakcflow can minimize the blood loss by simple operation,and thus deserves further clinical application.更多还原
