【摘要】 本文介绍了模拟多路复用器的工作原理及若干重要选型指标的含义。以微动检测设备中的数据采集系统为例,介绍了模拟多路复用器在工程上的使用方法。使用模拟多路复用器解决了微动检测设备数据采集过程中对数据采集卡端口复用的问题,将端口使用数量缩减为原来的四分之一,并极大地较少了系统接线的数量。本文通过对实际应用要求的分析,给出了设计方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the working and selection principles of the multiplexer.The application of multiplexer is showed in a Data Acquisition System(DAS) of a Fretting Contact Resistance Test Machine.The shortage of the collection ports on the collection card,NI PCI6281,has been solved by using multiplexer and the amount of the collection ports has been reduced by three-quarters of the original.At the same time,the amount of the wires was also reduced obviously.The detail plan of the DAS is provided under the design requirement.更多还原
