基于模糊控制的压缩空气智能节能系统设计

【摘要】 针对压缩空气系统控制方式智能化程度不高、输出压力不稳定、能源浪费等问题,运用变频控制和节能设计理念,研发了具有模糊控制功能的压缩空气智能控制系统。实际运行结果表明,该系统能根据供气设备及环境的变化作出最优控制,有效提高了整个系统的可靠性、稳定性、动态响应速度及节能效果。

【Abstract】 The current compressed air system has lots of problems.The intelligent level of this kind of current control mode is not high,the output pressure is unstable and the energy dissipation is serious.According to the problems mentioned above,by using the design concept of frequency conversion control and energy saving,an intelligent control system of compressed air system with the fuzzy control function was researched and developed.The actual running result showed that the system can do optimal control according to the changes of air supply devices and environment,which has improved the system’s reliability,stability,dynamic respond speed and energy-saving effect,has achieved the expected design requirements.
