可折叠手推轮椅的三维结构设计与有限元分析
3Dimensional Design and Finite Element Analysis of Foldable Hand-pushing Wheelchair
【摘要】 论文针对部分残障人员对手推轮椅的功能需要,并按照人机工程学的基本原则与要求,完成了可折叠手推轮椅的原理分析、相关计算、三维实体结构设计,以及基于ANSYS Workbench软件的有限元分析。分析与研究表明该轮椅的材料选用和结构设计均符合可折叠手推轮椅的使用要求,设计与分析结果可以为可折叠手推轮椅的结构设计及其工业化生产提供理论依据。
【Abstract】 Based on the function demands of hand-pushing wheelchair for some disabled personnel,and according to the basic rules and re-quirements of the human engineering,some studies,such as principle analysis,relational calculations,3demetional structure design,and finite element analysis by ANSYS Workbench,had been completed in this paper.Research and analysis results showed that material selection and structure design were all conform to the functional requirements of foldable hand-pushing wheelchair,and all these studies may provides the-oretic reference for improving design and industrial production of this kind wheelchair.
