【摘要】 目的了解上海市杨浦区男男性接触者(men who have sex with men,MSM)人群的行为特征及HIV和梅毒感染的状况。方法采用滚雪球法,在性病门诊、艾滋病自愿咨询检测(voluntary counseling and testing,VCT)门诊及部分MSM活动场所对MSM进行一对一问卷调查,并留取血液样本进行HIV、梅毒检测。结果接受调查的98人中,约一半(49.48%)的人群性伴不固定,88.78%的调查对象在最近6个月发生过男男性行为,其中未婚者发生男男性行为比例高于已婚者(2=5.13,P=0.023)。MSM人群不同年龄组间使用安全套情况差异无统计学意义(2=2.12,P=0.973),艾滋病防治知识知晓率为91.30%。最近6个月与男性发生肛交时每次都使用安全套的比例仅为33.75%。在调查的98名MSM中,HIV阳性检出率为3.06%,梅毒抗体阳性检出率为4.08%,HIV合并梅毒感染检出1例。结论艾滋病知识的知晓率和行为存在着分离现象。MSM普遍存在多性伴,安全套使用率低,这导致MSM人群一旦感染HIV,必将引起HIV在此类人群中的迅速传播,从而成为当前HIV流行的重要人群和重要因素,应积极采取有效的宣传教育和行为干预措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the behavior characteristics and the status of HIV and syphilis infections among men who have sex with men(MSM) in Yangpu District,Shanghai.Methods Informed consent one-by-one questionnaire interviews were conducted among MSM in STD clinics,voluntary counseling and testing clinics and MSM activity places by snowball way.Then,their blood samples were taken for HIV,syphilis detection.Results Of the 98 people investigated,about half(49.48%) of the respondents had no fixed sexual partners,88.78% had anal sex with men in the last six months,from which the percentage of unmarried was higher than married and the percentage of using condom every time was 33.75%.There were no statistically significant differences among different age groups in condom using(x2=5.13,P=0.023).The infection rates of HIV positive and syphilis positive were 3.06% and 4.08%,respectively,and there was one case with both infections.Conclusions There exists separation between HIV awareness rate and behavior.Most MSM have multiple sexual partners their condom using rate is low.Besides,there exists further spreading risk.As they may become the important people and factors in HIV spreading,we should take effective propaganda education and behavior intervention measures.更多还原
