【摘要】 城市公共设施公平性问题日益受到人们的关注。该文根据空间分布公平性的定义和公共设施服务特性,给出了从公共设施整体服务效用指标到区位商数模型的公平性评价指标体系计算方法。最后笔者对该文中尚未妥善解决的层面进行了分析并为日后研究的方向作出了预测。更多还原
