Pd/C催化氢化法制备4-氨基苯乙腈的研究
Studies on Preparation of 4-fAminobenzylcyanide with Catalytic Hydrogenation in Presence of Pd/C
【摘要】 通过催化剂筛选和考察反应时间、反应温度等因素的影响,对Pd/C催化氢化法制备4-氨基苯乙腈进行了研究.在对硝基苯乙腈、3%Pd/C和乙醇,三者用量分别为16.0,0.80和100.0 g,控制还原反应H2压力为0.4 Mpa,温度为30~40℃,时间为4h的优化条件下,液相色谱检测产品收率达到90.55%.
【Abstract】 The procedure for the preparation 4-faminobenzylcyanide with catalytic hydrogenation of 4-fnitrobenzylcyanide in presence of Pd/C was studied by screening catalysts and investigating the effects of reaction time and temperature on the yield.The optimal condition was following: the mixture of 4-fnitrobenzylcyanide (16g),3% Pd/C(0.80g) and ethanol(95%,100g) was hydrogenation with H2 at pressure of 0.4MPa at 30-f40oC for 4h to yield of 90.55%(GC).
