响应曲面法优化茶多糖提取工艺

【摘要】 目的应用响应曲面法确定茶多糖最佳提取工艺。方法以茶多糖提取率为考察指标,运用响应曲面法对影响提取率的因素即提取温度、提取时间、液料比进行优化。结果提取茶多糖的最优工艺条件为:提取温度90.0℃、提取时间88.2 min、液料比33.3,茶多糖的最高提取率为1.99%。结论该优化工艺稳定,回归方程与实际情况拟合较好。

【Abstract】 Objective To get the best extraction condition of tea polysaccharides with response surface methodology(RSM).Methods Response surface methodology was used to optimize the extraction conditions(extraction temperature,extraction time and ratio of water to raw material) of tea polysaccharides based on the extraction rate.Results The best condition was determined by RSM analysis as follows: extraction temperature 90.0 ℃,time 88.2 min,water to raw material at 33.3.Under this condition,the experimental yield was 1.99%.Conclusion The optimal extraction process is stable and the regression equation fits well with the actual situation.
