镧铈修饰TiO2催化剂催化光解达旦黄的研究
Titan Yellow Photodecomposition on the TiO2 Modified by Lanthanum and Cerium
【摘要】 用水热合成法制备出镧铈修饰的TiO2催化剂粉体,并作为光解催化剂,然后以高压汞灯为光源,研究对达旦黄模拟印染废水光催化分解的效果。光解实验研究采用正交设计法,以催化剂煅烧温度、催化剂用量、pH以及模拟废水浓度为因素,各因素选取五个水平,对催化光解达旦黄染料的降解率进行评价。结果表明:此催化剂对达旦黄光化降解有良好的效果,适宜条件为:在250mL溶液中,煅烧温度550℃的催化剂投加量为0.1g/L,溶液pH为2,达旦黄的初始质量浓度为20mg/L。在此条件下,光照8h后达旦黄的降解率达94%。
【Abstract】 The TiO2 modified with lanthanum and cerium was prepared by hydro-thermal synthesis method.The Titan yellow photodecomposition experiments were conducted with the high pressure mercury lamp used as light source.The impacts of calcining temperature during the catalyst preparation,catalyst dosage,pH of the solutions and the initial concentration of Titan yellow in the simulated dye wastewater on the photodecomposition were studied through the orthogonal experiment.The results indicated the degradation rate of Titan yellow is up to 94% within 8 hours reaction under the optimized condition: calcining temperature 550℃,catalyst dosage 0.1 g/L,pH 2,Titan yellow initial concentration 20 mg/L.
