用Avrami-Ozawa模型研究6-叔丁基间甲酚非等温结晶动力学
Kinetics Study on Nonisothermal Crystallization of 6-tertButyl-3-methylphenol by Avrami-Ozawa Model
【摘要】 主要研究了6-叔丁基间甲酚(3M6TB)的静态熔融结晶动力学。通过差示扫描量热仪(DSC)在不同的降温速率下测定降温结晶过程中的放热曲线,然后对数据进行分析得到相对转化度随温度变化的关系。用Avrami-Ozawa模型处理试验数据得到3M6TB静态熔融结晶过程的力学参数FT(达到给定结晶度所需要的冷却速率的值)以及θ(Avrami常数对Ozawa常数的比值),FT和θ均随着降温速率的增大而增大,导致在本研究试验条件下一定结晶时间内3M6TB的相对结晶度随降温速率的增加而提高。
【Abstract】 In this paper,the kinetic behavior of the static melt crystallization of 6-tert-butyl-3-methylphenol(3M6TB) was investigated by DSC at different cooling rates.The relationship between relative crystallinity and temperature at different cooling rates was determined.The experimental data was fitted with Avrami-Ozawa model and kinetic parameters such as FT and θ were obtained.Both parameters increased with cooling rate so that the relative crystallinity of 3M6TB showed similar temperature dependence with them.
